Exchanges
You may request an exchange for any full-priced item purchased in-store or online within 28 days of delivery or purchase. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Special-order items (such as products shipped directly from suppliers) are not eligible for exchange unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds for In-Store Purchases
Full-priced items may be returned within 28 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
